Monogram Series
Personalised and symbolic works.

Origins
In the Monogram Series the sign itself becomes the subject of the picture. The JG monogram, which serves as the foundation of the Signature Collection, steps into the foreground here: as pattern, as rhythm, as a personal hand.
The works combine symbolic elements with free painting. They are related to commissions in which initials, dates or the emblems of a family or a house are translated into a picture.
