The Signature Collection
The monogram as a coat of arms for modern times.

Origins
In a world of anonymity, identity is the true luxury. The Signature Collection celebrates the JG monogram not as a logo but as an architectural foundation.
Each work is a palimpsest – built up layer upon layer. Iconographic elements such as the crown (sovereignty), the hare (quickness of mind) and the anchor (Hanseatic constancy) merge into a coat of arms for the 21st century.
The series in figures
The series comprises 14 works from 2021 to 2024, of which 11 are available. It is worked mainly in acrylic, gold lacquer, acrylic lacquers, gold leaf. Formats range from 50 × 60 cm to 300 × 120 cm. Defining colours are blue, gold, white, brown, orange; the studio describes the mood of the paintings as dynamic, whimsical, expressive, vivid, high-contrast.
